Meet The Board
In furtherance of her personal goals and career development she received sponsorship from the Bank of Ghana to the University of Ghana Business School (formerly School of Administration) from 1976 to 1978 where she obtained a Diploma in Accounting. From September 1972 – January 1974 she joined Ghana Water and Sewerage Corporation now Ghana Water Company (GWC) where she assisted in the analysis and quality control of treated water at the Corporation’s laboratory. In February 1974 and until December 1981 she was employed by Bank of Ghana.
ENTREPRENEURIAL HISTORY In December 1981 Ms Doe entered business. As the Sole Proprietor of Doequanda Enterprise in December 1981 she started with wholesale and distribution of baby goods and vehicle spare parts. In February 2001, she up-scaled her thriving and rapidly growing enterprise into a limited liability company through the incorporation of Doequanda Enterprise. She then assumed the role of Managing Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
After changing the legal status of her business she developed and re-oriented operations of the company to the importation and wholesaling of Wax Prints; Cooking Utensils, Acrylic Wall Paint and hospitality services leading to the setting up of DEL Hostel at Amanfrom, off the Dodowa Road, to serve the student community of Valley View University and other tertiary institutions in the catchment area. As a further test of her entrepreneurial skills she, in 1992 incorporation All Day Forex Bureau Limited and conducted the business of foreign currency trading as Managing going concern to realize the value created and apply the proceeds to further boost the operations of Doequanda Enterprise Limited.
To crown her long held dream of contributing to the quality of life and health delivery within her community in particular, and Ghana in general, she in March 2011 incorporated DEL International Hospital Limited together with a long standing colleague and investment associate. She is the founder and Cheif Executive Officer of DEL International Hospital Limited.

DR OFORI-DWUMFUO attended Mawuli School, Ho, for seven years as a Science student and continued to the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, where he had a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics in 1976. After serving a compulsory National Service period of one year at the same university, he went to the University of Aston in Birmingham for further studies in Computer Science. He ended up with a Ph.D in Computer Science in 1982.
In February 1982, he joined the staff of the Department of Computer Science in the University of Aberdeen, UK as Research fellow.
He joined King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in Sept 1983 as an Assistant Professor in the College of Computer and Information Science.
In July 1986, he was a visiting Professor in the Department of Information Studies at Syracuse University USA. He joined the erstwhile Bank for Housing and Construction (BHC) Accra, Ghana as the Chief Manager/ Head of the Management Information Systems in September 1990. Later on he became the Dean of the Faculty of Informatics at the Ghana Telecom University in 2007. In October 2009, he was elevated to a fellow of the British Computer Society Professional Body. He joined the Methodist University College Ghana, first as a Part-time Senior Lecturer for one semester and later in August 2010 as a full-time Senior Lecturer. Over the cause of experience he work as a member of the following institutions;National Accreditation Board,Review Committee for GIMPA, Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Center KNUST
Ms. Afua Takyiwa Asare

Ms. Asare is a retired Banker and has worked in several organisations. She worked with the Ministry of Information from 1975 to 1978. With desire to widen her experience, she left to work with Automotive and Technical Service from 1978 to 1980; she then worked with the then Social Security Bank Limited between 1980 and 1996. She also worked with International Commercial Bank Limited now FBN Bank from 1996 and Retired in the year 2014. She served her previous organisations with commitment and dedication.

Ms. Asare attended a lot of courses geared towards enhancing her proficiency. Some of the courses included Records Management & Archives administration (electronic & paper records), Customer Service, Report writing among others.
BOARD MEMEBER
Mr. Kweku Quansah is an Architect by training and an entrepreneur with over 16 years working experience in the built- environment sector as well as the health sector.He is the Group Head of Alchem Global Group, a Development consultancy and the Founder of TAP2educate, a social enterprise for technology driven education in Africa.
Mr. Quansah is passionate about the development of Africa and this passion is illustrated by extensive research and development into areas such as Affordable Housing ,Urban Regeneration,
Health and Education. He has consulted for clients all accross the West African sub-region.
Mr. Quansah received his high school Education from T.C. Williams High School in Alexandria, Virginia USA and went on to receive a Bachelor of Architecture Degree at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia USA.
He began his Architecture career as a Project Architect for Trassaco Estate Development Company and then as Head of design for Max Consolidated Architects.
